I had my nails done here last week and for all she did a good job the customer service was terrible. I paid the £11.50 and sat down, I tried to make conversation but failed as the girl doing my nails did not seem to want to speak, She then told me I needed to let them dry and asked if I wanted a drink to which I declined. She went into the back room with the only other member of staff there and did not come back out for 15mins leaving me sat alone in the shop. I was not offered anything to read and was made to feel very uncomfortable. I will not be visiting again.
