I can't even begin to describe how good the customer service I received was. I was greeted by the most helpful lady, (I believe she's the manager). I described what I was after, and she loaded me up with a few items to try on. She then pointed me in the direction of upstairs where Amelda greeted me and also loaded me up with even more items to try on. Maybe the best customer service I've ever received, absolutely made my week. Thanks so much!”

The layouts great and easy to understand.PLENTY of choice for clothing, I love all the gimmicky clothing as of recent, especially The Simpsons stuff and CocaCola etc…Very affordable and durable clothing.Very busy important to note as it is in the middle of town.”

“Transiting yesterday through Leeds from Skipton, N Yorks to Southampton I was helped along by some lovely people, - railway staff, a British Transport Police officer and a helpful M&S worker who all went out of their way to make an elderly person's journey less stressful. What lovely people they all were, and what a contrast to those at Birmingham New St Station on changing trains. Why should the staff culture in Leeds be so different to those elsewhere?”
