Went in today to return some economic remote control cars and the lady that served me was brilliant I?m not well and keep getting a it confused she was really patient with me and helped me to return them and then helped me with a high chair I was purchasing so just wanted to say say the customer service was really good and really appreciated

I taught I was the only one from the BAME community that had this experience from the Agros white rose brand . They are very horrible when it comes to black people. It?s the second time I have been treated so unfairly because of the colour of my skin. The lady I meant when I arrived to return my item first pretended not hot have seen me and then just continued chatting with her colleagues as if I was a sign post until the manager came from inside the store to ask if I had been attending to which then make her noticed me and reluctantly ask me what I wanted and I said I wanted to return the item I bought and she straight away said that?s not a fault and from there it was drama and she looked for every details on the item to make such I didn?t get a refund and finally came out with it?s been used and we can?t take it and went for her manager who also backed her up and I was so angry but as I gentle man who I am I asked for the manager who tried to explain the reasons but I already knew there wasn?t any and they just wanted to prove a point to me. For me it?s less than 400yrds to where I live but from now on if I really need to buy from Agros I will go to a different place even though it?s miles away to get a better service ??

I Byed something for £10 in Argos they told me that I could open it and try it and if it does not work then I can bring it back and get my money back but when I came back they said I can?t get my money back when it?s been open
