Some numpty has decided to make both travellators near the entrance down only & the other 2 up only, with no notice or signage to indicate it. So when I nip downstairs for something at the start of my shop I have to walk halfway round the shop to get back to the start of the groceries. If I remember part way round that I need something from downstairs I have to right back to yhe front of the store to get downstairs. The amount of confused people on Thursday was far too high.Change it back FFS, but I guess it'll take an elderly person or child that hasn't noticed, to fall on the travellator that's going the other way to what they expected and get injured.

Huge Asda with everything you need. Large clothing section and home wares. There?s a McDonald?s here too. Massive car park and easy access to the train station. Only gripe is that it used to be 24 hours but isn?t anymore. I still hate the self checkout tills though.

Huge Asda that has everything you could possibly need. The store was well laid out, and for the most part well-stocked and tidy.It could do with some additional toilets as there was a very long queue for the ladies.

Absolutely gutted this isn't 24 hour anymore. having a child with autism who doesn't produce melatonin when she woke up distressed at 4-5am this was somewhere I could safely get a taxi to and walk around and settle her... I actually hate that the closest asda is now Seacroft at the other side of Leeds which I have no intention of going to and no feeling of safety. It should have been the other way round.

It's a good shopping centre , the only reason I give it one star is because of the security team , they have a rude and abrupt manners when approaching people and have been known by many shoppers to have an intermediating attitude

On 27/10/23, Mandy at Customer Services parks my exchange halfway to talk to some colleague on headphones about some other business. While waiting for her to resume, I got a call from work, I take that and halfway through my call she finished her call and started getting animated with her colleague about how rude some people are, have no manners, she can't stand them when they get on the phone and on and on and on. I finished the call she gave me enough lectures in front of my family, kids and other customers about how rude it was of me.1) Why was it okay for her to park my transaction and talk to other colleagues on headphones but me, as a customer, answering a work call is the end of the world for her.2) The person on my call, my kids, my family and other customers could hear her rant. What a dream service at ASDA Pudsey.3) She had my receipt, and items to swap everything, my being on call didn't affect anything she could have been doing.4) I thought she was there to serve customers not to lecture them, embarrass them and get into an argument because they answered a call - while waiting for her call to finish.5) Customer services should have the best people in the team to be there who know how to deal with situations - not create one. Is Mandy really the best you got? If she is then good luck to you!6) From a number of similar experiences, the Pudsey store has a culture of covering each other. Nothing is ever taken seriously.7) From a number of similar experiences, the service level in this very specific store is very much based on the colour of your skin.

Very poor customer service, would not deal with my faulty goods bought at another store even though I had acceptable proof of purchase ( as per Asda terms and conditions) now have to trail to another town to return it ?. Manager wasn?t interested and kept me waiting ? gave up in the end and will go to original store ? why put terms and conditions but not stick to them? Asked for store manager but he was not available ????

Car park is the worst ever. Scan and go handsets are never charged. New fridges with the doors open narrow the isle to the point you can't move. Staff rarely that nice. World food isle? Where did that go? Half the stock is always missing. Just the worst

Was visiting family in the Pudsey area and went in to buy some things....oh my goodness couldn't believe it the rudeness of the staff at the Pizza counter and it was like to much trouble to make us up 4 pizzas. If it so much trouble then don't offer the service think this was because we were interrupting the staff!! Or maybe it was just a Sunday

Biggest asda ever, however, don't seem to hold as much stock as they used to with gaps on shelves where products have run out,Sorted out the weird smell that used to plauge the lower level which is nice but one set of travilators was out of service again

Michelle is a credit to your store. Just had the nicest, friendliest customer service experience with her. Thank you Michelle ?
