Had a groceries order delivered weeks ago which was an experience in itself. The driver appeared miserable and was difficult to communicate with. The delivery took nearly 20 minutes, initial offers of support to speed up the process were declined - pulling onto the driveway (clear pathway) as I knew it was a large order and would be lots to carry, I also offered to help carry some of the goods, also declined. It took a good few minutes for the driver to bring the first load of trays.Although my main issue is that I had 3 x George returns that I had ready to hand back to the driver as advertised on Asda?s website, the packages were processed as returns on the website, sealed & QR codes ready for all three. I informed the driver I had some returns and he stated he couldn?t take them, I explained it was advertised on the website and found the webpage for him to review. He stated he could only take parcels with a label on, contrary to the website. I highlighted that the website states a QR code is accepted, his response was that the device doesn?t have a camera, I pointed to the scanner on the top of the device and that I imagine this is how it?s done. The driver stated he doesn?t know how to do it, attempted to scan one of the QR codes and seemed confused at whatever message popped up on the screen. The driver stated a number of times further that he couldn?t take them and didn?t know what to do. Please train your colleagues when implementing new processes so they?re not left in situations like this. I still have 3 x returns parcels in my kitchen ready for collection and live 20 minutes from the nearest store, meaning a 40 minute round trip + time in the store to return plus the cost of the journey, solely to return the packages.I got in touch with Asda customer service and asked them to resolve this through providing a returns label, I was initially told a courier would collect, then told to take them to a Post Office, then told they would do neither. I have now been passed around their Indian contact centre for nearly 3 weeks with no resolution.I will never shop with Asda again.

ASDA SUPPERSTORE Tunstall Stoke-on-Trent branch manager banned me unfairly by submitting untruthful excuses.Me and my family shopping at this store for 4 years since we moved to Stoke and had no issues. After pandemic there were new staff who didn?t like our skin colour and faces started to be not polite and been rude to us in front of other customers.Being an Asian citizen I have raised this matter with the store manager Mike / Michael Hayes and he denied completely as it his staff.Since then the trouble we were having started to become worse as the staff started to stare at us at all times when the sees and even followed us from area to area within stores. And even giggle and laugh each other. This is how they have treated us but we didn?t take that it in board and continue our shopping for some time then suddenly they made a big seen and banned us.I have been give the letter by store manager with box ticked the reason for banning is physical abuse. ( what a joke )Because this is the only way he can put a restriction indefinitely. But nothing in the name of Jesus Christ happened in store from my self or my innocent wife and my 9 year old daughter who loves to go there. As for raising the racial matter with the manger this was the out come.I have inquired this from ASDA customer services where it directed me to India and they were kind of helpless as no power been given to escalate this matter. So only they can do is let UK based escalators deal with this matter. And got an email from someone called ?Teegan? and she concluded the matter within minutes. This is how she did - She said she spoke to the manager in the branch and he told her that we were verbally abusing his staff and also refunded our entire shopping on that day. This doesn?t make any sense and not true at all.I have clearly told Teegan to please check CCTV to see where I am verbally abusing and when and what is this refunding. She then sent me no reply but blocked my email account so I can?t communicate with her again.I have emailed the ASDA CEO who never replied or acknowledge. So this the ASDA in the UK and staff and managers services towards Asians like my self.I will be reporting this on my YouTube channel soon plus reporting to trading standards as taken too long to give the proper correct lawful resolution since 05/10/2023 where this had happened

Disgusting super store at Tunstall Stoke-on-Trent where unorganised empty shelves most of the time and staff chitchatting each other. Really not worth visiting this store. Better to go to somewhere else as you will be wasting your valuable time. Price tags got some sort of discounts but when u scanned them different prices. If you question this from staff they says no the prices are correct and even changes the tags that was there on shelves. Such a bunch of liars from start till the end. Beware! I would say to you all with ASDA prices on shelves as they get changed within minutes..

As I am disabled my daughter sometimes helps me when I shop. As I boughbut wine, my daughter put it through the 'self servive' for me. On this particular day my hands had locked - part of my codition - so my daughter fed the money into the machine for me, a member of staff asked my daughter for ID (I was buying the drink, and she is 20), when I explained, she got security involved. So I told my daughter to go to the car........... I then had to leave ALL my shopping at the check out............ when I went to buy more wine, and asked a member of staff to help, the security guard would not let me buy it as I was "BUYING BY PROXY" I have never felt so embarrassed about my disability, but he made me feel embarrassed, a criminal, and worthless!

Asda spennymoor. Great staff but not enough of them. The shelves are always empty, needs a good clean too. The toilets are disgusting, the smell is overwhelming as soon as you open the door. Cobwebs, dust, dirt, since they got rid of the cleaning staff it has gone downhill. Please get it sorted asda house, you are losing customers

Indian Head office customer adviser was dishonest and did not call back even though she promised to do so - when we were complaining of bad service from Indian staff at Leicester Asda branch where their REDUCED stickers on 3 food items did not work at tills as we were still charged the full price and have not even been refunded. We will be reporting this to TRADING STANDARDS and newspapers.

Asda andover is very dangerous 6 palets on shop floor at 11am . 1 decided to keep coming towards me then forced way through between me with a walker and the end of isle. The isle end opposition the gap was too narrow . So caught my walker twice with a mumbled sorry . It took me off Balance . The employee named Jack just carried on. Didn't bother to see if I was OK.

Asda opticians- got served today by Janice who, despite the fact that apparently was supposed to have been off shift, was really patient with me and delivered a fantastic customer service. Much appreciated her help and advice. What an asset to your team!

Went to Asda Isle of Dogs to collect an online order. The staff couldn't get into the room with all the parcels and tried for 30 minutes to get their managers to sort it out. Zero. The managers were hiding nobody knows where, and nobody even addressed the issue. RIDICULOUS.

Does not allow lees than 1 star to post. Not even 1 star. Gone elsewhere because their faulty system has refused to allow me home delivery this time after several successful years. Even my Bank is investigating why they submitted a faulty request for payment.

I feel I have to write to you regarding not just devon but other stores to the costumer service. We get is absolutely shockingYou have removed most of the tills to self serve tills they?re shocking and no concerns go disabled people or people who have back issues at all staff are not always helpful at all the new tills are shocking goodness knows what Christmas will be like as now it?s bad enoughSadly I now will no longer do my shopping at Asda Asda I really believe do not have any consideration for its costumers or even there staff come to think of it !! They certainly need training and better equal pay no wonder people are shopping at places like Aldi Lidl yes before you state I know they have some self service tills but also have a lot of Normal till toYour normal tills in Plymouth there is now around 6/7 I think but they only ever ever open just one on occasion 2 one being a disabled till the only one that is every open but used by everyone with disabled having to wait with 10 costumer in front see no consideration or respect for people with disabilitiesPeople go to Asda to do there weekly/monthly shopping them self service till are not going to work they?re just helping Asda get rid of staff we as costumers are doing the staffs workPLEASE SORT THIS OUT I WILL NOT EVER SHOP THERE AGAIN !! Neither will a lot of peoplePlease reply to this message thank you !!

Why the heck have all your sandwiches got Mayo in them, cheese and mayo, tuna and mayo, egg and mayo, it's all bloody mayo. I have just tried to call customer services and it gives you options then hangs up on you, is this because they don't want to discuss why they have mayo in everything.
