Not a review about the products but as a thank you to staff who went above and beyond to return my bicycle which was stolen from outside the store and dumped on a nearby path. A member of staff found it on the path and returned it to the store, and I got back a bike I thought I'd never see again.Many thanks to a fantastic team.

Great helpful staff, sadly I took up the time of one staff member too long with a difficult drainage issue and solutions. Great place with plenty to offer. The battle of the drainage and soil pipes continue with the aid of B&Q

I'm so disappointed in the plants at this garden centre! They're not looked after properly, loads are dying or dead and the prices of reduced plants is half price and no less! They go to half price and then the skip! Disgusting B&Q ?

Zero stars! I treated terribly in this store! I?m not a fighter, hate confrontation, but was very rudely told I couldn?t have a refund on paint I?d got that wasn?t right. NOT my fault. I took bad advice from a B&Q employee. I?ve lost £30, and can?t afford anymore for a while. I?m 76 years old. Shame on you.I?ve spent a fortune here over time too. Terrible Customer service.

Called in Beeston Ring Road branch and asked for assistance from a very helpful lady by the name of Sarah. Went out her way to retrieve an item from the stock room. Didn't keep me waiting and refused to take a monetary tip. Big thanks to Sarah. Much obliged

If u forget to buy something and return within 3 hours u get £100.00 parking fine reduced to £60.00 if paid within 14 days. I am a landlord with a Portofol of property always used b&q as I got nrla membership/trade card.......never again.

Denise was fantastic regarding a parking charge for a paying customer as we made a purchase on both occasions we visited the store within 3 hours..! At first when receiving we were put off shopping, but now after Denise?s fantastic moral upstanding.. We will now favour B&Q ??!

Great store, easy to park as long as it's not match days as the traffic is horrendous. Excellent click and collect service and everything you could want. Highly recommended.

I went here on a busy Saturday looking for plants. As I couldn't find any sweet peas I asked a hard working assistant in the garden section, a lovely lady called Shevvy, who was so helpful. She went off to find me some and sure enough, returned with everything I wanted. Shevvy you are much appreciated. Brilliant service all round.

Expensive even with my Tradepoint account but have most things required under one roof for most DIY tasks. Toilets are available and staff friendly and helpful.
