We recently brought 2 watches from Tag Heuer shop in white Rose Leeds, Anna was the lovely lady that helped us on this occasion, we have to say that she was the most pleasant and friendly and professional young lady that we have ever had the pleasure of meeting while making a purchase of any kind, the watches we purchased were for our wedding day and since our visit to the shop we have received a wedding card prior to our big day and an email after which we think is a really lovely gesture, thank you Anna,Tag Huer have the best employee in you and we really hope they recognise this, thank you again for all your help and best wishes, from Anthony & Lynne x

Nicky served me according to my receipt and she was brilliant. We weren?t spending any large numbers but she was still attentive. All the staff were talking to my little boy and this makes a huge difference when making any purchase. Was really impressed.

Came here to purchase a gift for my mum?s 50th.From start to finish the service provided was excellent. Employees make you feel very welcomed and offer great advice, never too shy to answer any questions.I dealt with Nicola initially to enquire about the bracelet and everything was laid out clearly for me. When purchasing the item I dealt with a lovely lady (who I unfortunately didn?t manage to catch the name of!), who was happy to answer all questions and saw that an external-stock product was ordered into store for my collection. Finally upon collecting my order I dealt with Phil, a true gentleman who offered sound advice and made me feel very welcomed. Even the staff who I didn?t deal with directly were cheerful and welcoming.Many thanks to all the team for your fantastic customer service, I shall look to place my custom with you once again in the future.
