“I went into HALFORDS today because my gears were not matching up and I thought the rear hanger was bent . The bike technician looked at my bike and told me it was bent and my rear derailleur was to .Not thinking he would fix it there and then , he fixed both issues with in 10/15 /minutes.Great service , friendly and extremely efficient.I think his name is Kieran but I’m not 100 percent.Very impressive.”

“Went to Leeds York Road store ,completely different experience relative to Pudsey store .Young guys very helpful both on advice and on tills .Came away with a possible solution to my problem .Pudsey waited one hour and thirty minutes to get talk to the one person that was on there .He had few people waiting also. He was not very helpful in fact quite abrasive.The Manager ? walked past 5/6 times and never asked if anyone wanted any help .But that's not surprising seen her before .So well done York Road .”

“I recently purchased a new bike and have had issues with the chain popping off. I took my bike into this store and the manager Adam was accommodating and patient with the bike. His colleagues Pat and Ranny also helped me with my persistent questions! The bike had various problems with the chain, cassette and derailleur that were all fixed by the time I walked out of the store (nearly 2 hours later). I can't fault the service I received today as I was anxious that nothing would get done prior to my visit. The brilliant team at Leeds Meadow Lane deserve all the praise they can get!”

“Good prices, but needs to be tidy. Will take you ages to find what you want.There are only 2 fitting rooms on the ground floor that are very tight with no chairs or anything to leave ur belongings while ur there.”

“A large variety of sports clothing, plus some equipment and accessories.Prices from pocket money upwards.The store has a a lot of stock on display, which is good, but can make navigating your way around it difficult, especially if you have a pushchair or wheelchair.The staff are very helpful.The access is upstairs next to the escalators and food court. There is a useful glass lift to the upper mall area, located in the centre of the downstairs shopping area.”

“Nice store with helpful and friendly staff. Took my time choosing new football boots on a Saturday afternoon. Wasn't too busy considering it was weekend peak time. The staff were happy to bring me a few different pairs and put stock back on shelves etc afterwards. Thank you for the help ????.”
