Horrid location for a petrol station.Sells stupid products

I really have never been disappointed with either the BP Head Office complaints department and how they run their franchises as I have in this instance. I accidentally dropped my keys in the gulley of the petrol station in the Gledhow station, I went in store and asked the staff if they could help me retrieve it. They responded and said " We can't do anything it is not our problem". I had no spare key and children in the car with me. I then rang the head office to complain who re-assured me they would help as much as possible and email the store as it is an independently owned franchise. We both agreed there was a duty of care here to help me retrieve my keys by cleaning the gulley and obtaining them. The management at the Spar Valley courts checked with board of directors and responded to tell me it is not our problem, the gulleys are filthy and we dont care about the impact this has on customers. I forwarded this email onto the BP head office who said I quote: We cannot do more than forwarding your e-mail to them. You as their customer are not our responsibility. " BP only care about their franchise payment nothing more. I am extremely disappointed in both BP and the independent owners at Valliforecourts court. They can easily help me, open the gulley clean it and retrieve my keys. Other petrol stations such as Shell who are also franchised have done this in the past and Leeds City Council also do this with their gulleys. However they are unwilling to do that for a customer that has used their petrol station for over 20 years. My dealership has quoted me over £400 for a new set of keys. This is the most despicable level of customer care from a multi billion pound corporation that I have ever seen. This is corporate greed and capitalism at its worst.

Must get robbed a lot, staff show fear if you go over a tenner and open your car door to get a penny out, come on lads im driving a two litre sports custom cabriolet, so i've got the money to pay for fuel, it costs me over 300 a year in tax to drive the thing.

Avoid the car wash.Automatic car washes that use abrasive brushes (instead of cloth)/ old, are not great for your vehicle and should be avoided. Facilities that use abrasive brushes made from nylon or plastics are most likely to leave small scratches on a car's finish.I have made body repairs three times at smart repairs. It's confirmed that I have this issue every time I wash my car at this station.Guys, please change the brushes.
