The worst petrol station. I refueled several times and always the staff does not know how or does not want to add points from the application. I gave the phone to scan points, but they did not scan. I do not recommend to anyone.

Beware, Promotional signs mean nothing here, they advertise offers then try to charge full price hoping you don't notice. I challenged the girl on the counter over a drinks offer, she just shrugged and said there is no offer, despite a big sign right behind me stating otherwise. Avoid!!

Just went here to buy fuel but over the last few weeks going into months the staff have become rude and acting like there doing you a favour I spend alot of Money here been a private hire driver but please and thankyou seam to be beyond there capability in this store just been it again blond girl on tills never says poor thankyou how she still got a job beyond me

Wouldnt recommend to anyone going there,the attitude of staff is unbelievable, HASSAN behind till went quiet few times to fill up always has this attitude,i seen a taxi driver coming out of the toilets and asked him nicely if i can use the toilet and HASSAN replied no you can not use it.this guy pik and choose people,which is unfair if some one needs a toilet then it should be given permission to everyone not jus few people.Also when i was about to fill up i asked him for plastic gloves and he said we dont supply them anymore.As you enter the store stock is on your way before you get to til.I think HASSAN should be sacked as his not a fair person to evryone and attitude says it all.

Disgusting place. Went there last week for petrol. They had this rule where you weren?t supposed to put more than £30 worth. I didn?t know. Went in to pay. That ?thing? because I can?t call him ?person? charged me £5 extra, sort of ?fine? they applied to whom was going over £30. Confronted him in regards to this and he started raising his voice at me,being very rude, etc? funny thing is that he stopped the pump when it was a £37 worth, si I?m wondering? why did they not stop it at £30?! Since you?ve got a CAP, you?re supposed to be able to do this, stop it automatically. They were doing it on purpose,so they can be able to steal people?s money! Rubbish!

Went in at 11pm for some lemonade paid with a £20, not concentrating put the change in my pocket. Wasn't till I had left the shop I realised I was short changed by £15. No cctv to prove they took my money on purpose. Not trustworthy.

During the Covid restrictions I find it bloody incredible that BP/Morrisons (presume Franchise) expect you to give the cashier your petrol card, for them to handle! The payment machine was behind the counter out of reach! The cashier had no gloves, hand sanitizer or means of cleaning the card before or after handling. It's a total waste of time wearing masks and taking other precautions if this goes on! So all who don't pay 'touch' risk Covid and this is NOT acceptable! Especially when there's hundreds using the garages!! The cashier was rude and stroppy when I asked why? Shall not be going again.....this practice needs challenging higher than the station manager and stroppy staff trained in customer service and Covid19!!!! Unfortunately there's no option for no stars!!!

Bramley garage is an iconic place. Should be a listed building this place. The diesel tastes great, just don't try drinking it until you're off the forecourt they don't have a license for on premises consumption only sale.
