I had the worst day today and found myself abit stuck. Im not sure why there are so many negative reviews as i can honestly say Debbie has restored my faith in humanity. What a friendly caring lady she is, Bp you need to look after this lady her customer service was not only amazing but she treated me like a person and understood my situation. Thankyou debbie

Unfriendly staff- the card reader wasn?t working but met by hostility (Laura) and made to feel like petty thief as I was called back into store. This individual needs customer service training. Unpleasant.

Car wash ( NEVER IN USE) called in again today at 1:30pm and the bloody thing as traffic comes in front of entrance-same yesterday?don?t know why it has a car wash plus it?s double the price as the Bp car wash on Roundhay Road??? Is it a post code thing? Surly it?s the same soap & water there using?? WEIRD!

The facilities are clean and it has a good range of products. The staff always friendly. As the productas are mostly M&S they are of a decent quality.Few annoyances are:I've consistently been charged for incorrect items numerous times. I should learn to check the receipt but the nature of using this convenience is you are usually in a rush.I once had a winning lotto ticket (small value) rendered void by the staff due to "machine issues."Numerous times my BP app/card wasn't actually scanned correctly, so I lost out on my points.

I was out on my mobility scooter and I was close to the BP garage when I got a puncture in one of my back tyres and because I had been using the sat nav facility on my phone the battery had gotten very low and had switched itself off so I couldn't contact anyone, the 2 lovely girls working that day (Colleen & Megan) calmed me down they got me a chair and found a charger to charge up my fone so that I could contact my partner to come and get me and my scooter home, these 2 lovely girls couldn't have done anymore for me, wonderfully excellent customer service and they should be recognised for the exceptional way they run the garage on their shift, they certainly deserve the wonderful review I'm giving them because without their help on Sunday i don't know what I would have done, they get a well deserved 5 stars (A+++++) from me.Thank you so much Colleen & Megan ?
