Almost all staff are champion baristas making the best coffee in the land. Super friendly and dedicated to service. Nice music and despite it being busy sometimes, always a bit of an oasis to chill and work.

I am really sad that I didn?t get her name, but one of the baristas ? she was white and had dyed red hair and glasses ? as well as her colleague with dark hair and glasses, made my entire day. I came here on a Sunday about 15 minutes from closing, and I didn?t expect to be met with the cheeriest of staff, because who can blame them? But to my surprise I was greeted with one of the absolute loveliest encounters I have ever had with a worker. She smiled at me, made jokes and in return made me smile, and completely eased my social anxiety and the stress from my day. Her and her colleague created an absolutely lovely atmosphere and you could see that everyone there could feel it. Not to mention that my (slightly complicated) drink was made perfectly to order and quickly, and it was delicious! I really hope she is valued as a team member because I will remember this encounter forever as a highlight at my time at Leeds. Thank you :)

While the food could use variety, the ambience and service at this place make up for it. The trainee barista Gabriella is especially why I get so many cups while I'm studying. She is friendly and efficient.

Lovely quiet spot near the university in Leeds great service and wonderful cake and coffee very relaxing after a lecture at the Rosebowl.
