I visit this cafe at least 3 times a week. All of the staff in this site are AMAZING, super friendly and very welcoming. Many regulars that i see each week. I cannot speak highly enough of this team of people.Nero you should be super proud. I visit the various Nero shops, however this has to be your FLAGSHIP STORE.

Best caffè nero around. Staff are super nice and friendly. I am always greeted with a smile. Clean and tidy. They serve great coffee and its a relaxed atmosphere.

Was nice and quiet when we came here Sunday afternoon. Table positioning is good and was clean and tidy. Coffee was thr usual high quality you expect from Nero.Good location

Visited for an Ameretto Latte (hot) it was dreadful for a price tag of nearly £5! Service was incredibly slow, seemed to be only one trainee barista behind the counter. The drink was barely warm, half the mug was whipped cream. No amaretto nibs on top, and no amaretto flavour.

This cafe is really good the ambience is vibrant.The food was good and service was thoughtful and prompt. I guess the action made my view about the cafe so delightful that I would want to make this my personal FAVOURITE place

Great Caffe Nero, just out of the city centre. Gets busy with local office staff at peak times. Helpful, friendly staff.

Really nice staff. Coffee prices same as everywhere else really, prices are high, but they not unexpected given everything going on at the moment.Dietary restrictions: Slightly annoying paying more for oat milk but again expected.

Nero is my favourite coffee chain and this Nero does not detract from that. I feel as though the location and seating arrangement was not as good as it could have been but otherwise a good Nero experience.

Likeable Caffe Nero. WiFi wasn't working well and phone signal was terrible so I didn't stay long ?. Seating?s a bit odd. Some of the tables are really cramped and others have comfy chairs 8 feet apart. Nice little area outside. Not many other options close by apart from Malmaison but that?s a more expensive coffee of poorer quality.
