Not happy at all! I purchased helium balloons for my daughter's birthday and one was already deflating immediately after leaving shop. I came back with it and was told that it's because of cold air outside and it will be fine! It's not! It's deflated and my daughter's birthday is tomorrow. £6.99 went to bin and no balloon for my little one birthday. Will not buy from them again

Not happy with service provided yesterday. Bought four helium balloons two of them have gone down already also asked for a bag was told they only have bags for wrapping paper. Seemed too much trouble for the assistant to move let alone get me a bag for them despite it been pouring with rain outside. Not good customer service.
