Yesterday, I bought helium balloons and paid to have three of them filled with helium and a gel that ?makes them fly longer?. Those balloons are now on the floor. Less than 1 day. The cost was £4.47. Terrible.

On Sunday evening I visited a shop to purchase a helium balloon, the lady behind a counter inform me that we don?t have a bag. As soon as I walked out the shop the tide of the top of the balloon attachment got loosen and fly out. I got back to the shop the lady outside the window saw me outside but she refused to open the door to help me and still was 4 mins before they closing . I?m really disappointed with their negligence behaviour ?. I would never ever walked in to that shop .very poor customer service?

I came here on the 15th or 16th April after visiting the branch on Lands Lane who were unhelpful. I was in search of a balloon seen on the website wanted for a loved one's grave. Thank you to the lovely gentleman who went the extra mile to help me find what I was looking for at the St John's Centre branch. It really meant a lot that I found that particular balloon. I feel its rare these days that retail staff go above and beyond for customers. Thank you

Cost effective, practical and value for money but for all those reasons its hard to get a card there that is different and therefore special, as everyone goes there. . .am I making sense? Everyday stuff I go here for, because they are good at what they do!
