They blocked it so no-one could use it until I got a replacement which happened on 6th October this year, and the online staff promised that a PIN would be delivered in 1-3 days. “My partner is on O2 and when trying to get her phone fixed under warranty, we were sent here. Greeted enthusiasticly by the person at the front. We didn't have to wait too long to be seen.We basically gave them our phone number and was asked to come back when they were ready (which is impressive! no-one wants to sit around waiting)When we returned, the person was very lovely. She asked us to download some software on the phone so they could run some checks. She found the fault and booked in for repair.
