This costa is in need of refurbishment, the chairs were badly stained and look disgusting, the tables are all worn and look unhygienic, for anyone visiting the white rose centre, I would advise using the costa in next ?

Absolutely disgusting how I've been treated today 20th Feb at 10.35 am.I asked for a strawberry milkshake and they just made me one. It was hot. I told her I got a cold one the other day she called me a liar.Why would I want a hot milkshake SERIOUSLYHAD TO WALK AWAY WITHOUT MY REFUND

I am appalled at the service when me and my friend when to by something we were met with a rude attitude and we didn?t feel welcomed when walking in the establishment my friend bought a rocky road which we shared this was the most disgusting thing I have ever tasted I don?t think that rocky road is difficult to make but apparently it is as it was horrible the texture and the taste was not appealing we also had there season specially Terry's chocolate orange hot chocolate not only is it a mouthful to say it is also the most underwhelming thing I?ve ever drank there was no taste to it and it was lukewarm who wants a like warm hat chocolate I?m disappointed and unhappy with the service.The only thing reasonable was that we got a Terry's chocolate slice. Won?t be coming here again and won?t be recommending to anybody . !!

After being a Costa Coffee user for so long I am now to part company after over hearing a 1-1 on cafe floor on 12th August at White Rose Upper floor shop, as how the Supervisor/Manager spoke to the colleague was disgusting, basically told her staff member very abruptly and rudly, with a threatening tone how she needed to improve or she's out the door, discipline is crucial but so to remaining professional and polite but still having the skill to get you points across, but I afraid this lady failed so much on all these in delivering this 1-1. Shocking to overhear, In addition the managet/Supervisor then proceeded to leave her laptop in full view of anyone in the coffee shop, I'm hoping there was nothing confidential on it and it remained safe after I left as had it disappeared no member of staff would of had a clue as the only people around was customers.

Lower level costa manager Lucas shocking attitude.I was there supporting a man with a disability including dysphagia.The manager refused to allow us to use a plate to mash up some cake as my client has trouble swallowing.The manager stated it was takeaway cups etc at the moment and was totally unhelpful with a care free attitude.He became agressive when i explained my situation and stated there was nothing he could do

My daughter and I went out on a girls day to the White Rose shopping centre today to do some last minute holiday shopping. Eliza was excited for our day and had taken a considerable amount of time getting ready so that she looked perfect for the occasion. We nipped to costa on our way out of the centre and it was peak time so it was very busy. There were two ladies serving this afternoon, Caitlin and Kirsty. They both noticed Eliza straight away and took the time to make a fuss of her and compliment her outfit and her nails and her hair. She was absolutely chuffed and it absolutely made her day that her effort had been noticed. The ladies had such a long a queue and were clearly under pressure, yet still made a point of interacting with my daughter in between making our order. So, if you happened to see a very happy 7 year old strutting out of white rose today, that sass and self confidence was thanks to the lovely ladies at Costa! Thank you for the beautiful customer service x

3 Costa coffee shops in here, one in next, one adjacent M&S ground floor and one on the first floor within the food hall. This review is related to the one in the food hall. Nice friendly staff, a great cortado coffee ? and a muffin Dining area was clean and tidy.Public toilets ? nearby - free to enter and very clean.Thanks ????

Went to the White Rose Costas this morning and it dampened our mood. We love a costa coffee but the staff were so rude. There were no smiles at all. The cups were stained and whrn I asked if I could swap the cup before we used it for tea, the barista didn't look impressed. He did change it with no apology.I went back for napkins and was told they were at the till. (You'd think they'd be where the sugars are.) I asked the barista who practically threw them at me after saying in an abrupt manner they were at the till.I thought I was imagining the rudeness but my friend who was sat watching also picked up on the bad service.It dampened my mood. The coffee was still delicious but I would rather not go to this particular costa after the bad customer service.

Very kind customer service. Coffee delicious.Unfortunately there was very dirty tables (we have to clean it by ourselfs). Also we can't order coffee in a cup (dishwasher was out of use), only "take away".

Costa within the NEXT at White Rose Centre. Friendly staff, good coffee and cakes. Can get busy on the weekend, but a much nicer location than the other two Costas in the centre.

The staff are friendly even when, like today, the coffee is really busy.Costa have just done a refurbish of all the seating with more comfy chairs and couches.The coffee is always great and they have just brought my fave Brie and bacon panini back so I?m a happy man.
