I would like to send a Special Thank You to Vince who served me at the Crown Point Store. Vince went over and above, demostrating the difference between the Shark Vac's and even though there were none available to take on the day he arranged next day delivery to my home. Vince delivered exceptional customer service and if you have an employee award, would like to nominate him. As the experience I had earlier in the day at the Pontefract store was horrible, the sales assistant with a large silver earring and short dark hair wss appalling. He was not interested in the sale and just said Leeds centre have them in yoj will have to go there, did not offer any help. I asked if he could arrange delivery to the store/home and he declined. I will never use the Pontefract Store again. They could learn alot from Vince at the Crown Point Store. Please pass on my sincerr Thanks Gaynor Mason

Pick the washer I wanted didn't have to wait 2 long.not used it yet but don't think that you should have to pay to take out and put in, think that should be included In the price. It took 5 mins just to deliver. Looks good will be on it today.

I'm am a regular at this branch always a brilliant experience, only this time I wanted to have installment on my purchase, the guy serving me after 30 min of my time in the end said I can't get it as my time in uk should be 3 years.. something he should have asked from the beginning instead of me getting stuck at various stages.

Returned a product on 11th December, curry?s still haven?t sent my refund, 20 days later. Spoke to customer services 3 times via chat, they have failed to send the chat transcripts, probably to cover their backs with their poor customer service, having to complain through my credit card company to get my money back

I buy from here due to customer support after sale. They replace the faulty things no silly questions asked. Things are mostly available.

Waited over 3/4 hr to get served, admittedly the manager knew we were waiting and kept us up to date with wait times, however when we did get to speak to someone, he didn't really know what he was talking about and couldn't answer our questions. Needless to say we went elsewhere and purchased a laptop with someone else

Ok but need to sort out signage for different tills ie purchases, online collection etc. They do have signage but have them stuck on the flooring , not the best idea. Otherwise, all good

I buy tumble dryer. While I off from my work to wait the delivery they bring to my home, absolutely damaged dryer. This was shocking for me. The most disappointing thing is the delivery driver knows it was damaged and they left in my house even with out unpacking the item. As a result I ruined my day calling their customer service and took me more than an our on the line. Evenafter I went to the store to fix it takes me more than hour and half to fix the problem.At the end l spend my time and my money for taxi come and go. They don't even apologise properly.

Found this place at Crown Point currys very helpful with buying a new washer for my daughter he was a great guy that we had a laugh with ,your lucky to have him at your store ,the birstall currys needs staff like him ,the lady we asked for help at birstall one wasn't helpful at all

Currys is good because in this times you can see directly what are you buying. But you have not devolución options. Very good sellers but if you have a complaint the customer service becomes very bad.

Purchased 2 headsets for the ps5, email advised me it?s ready for collection but when I arrived to pick them up a member of staff said they are not here and the email is misleading. Apparently when you receive ? your order is ready to collect ? that?s not true and you then have to come down to the store everyday to see if it?s ready. When they did have it in I was told because I don?t have my card they can?t allow me to have the goods, even though I had my Apple Pay proof of purchase and my email confirmation. Spent 20 mins in the store only for a manager to comeOver and say ?On this occasion we willLet you take the goods ? what a joke the staffing is in that place. The lotOf them on a power trip. Disgrace.
