I.visited the store today after making the mistake of using a matchpot which was for feature walls to cover up a bit of paint that had been knocked off.Well it didn,t work and stuck out like a sore thumb.After contacting Dulux head office via e-mail they suggested coming to a dulux centre and asking if they could match it to the matt emulation that i originally used.Anne Aspinall was so helpful and made us a small pot of the Matt finish.Just used it and it is a perfect match.Saved me having to do the whole room.Customer service at its best.

Visited afternoon on12/01/2023 with some codes at hand for a large variety of paints. The guy with dark short hair was very polite and helpful. Would recommend and return without a doubt and is an asset to the store

I visited here in Oct after having issues with another paint brand. From the outset, my experience was excellent. The person who dealt with me, Anne, was so professional and such a lovely person, she made the whole process easy, and listened patiently to what I was saying regarding the paint issues I had. Her expertise and kind manner made all the difference. If only all stores were like this. This will be a place I'll return to. Much appreciated, and thank you, Anne.

Not opening until 8 sometimes 9am which is very unprofessional when they have orders waiting and we have work to do 4 men sat here 2 hours that's 8 man hours who's paying wages dulux?????
