Went to shop today at 10:50 this morning in Leeds on briggate & the shop was not open , I wanted to buy 2 pairs of shoes & was terribly disappointed. I phoned the shop to ask when. It would open & the member staff was not able to tell me when the shop would be open.What a total disgrace , totally unorganised & no contingency... read full comment

I was warmly greeted when I entered the store. There were three members of staff, they were all very chatty, friendly and helpful when I came to pick up my order. I will definitely shop here again.
