The staff are extremely helpful, not pushy just available when you need help. They have a range of different games too, X box, ps3,4 and 5. Weeks later I came back to buy one of them and get final advice on which is better to purchase from a different staff member on the Monday Bank Holiday. I was passed onto Saad and Moussa who explained insurance to me and broke down the prices well, they also gave me a free Mcaffee 1 year antivirus. Unfortunately, the laptop wasn’t in stock in store other than for delivery for the Tuesday and pick up in store by Wednesday, the Crown Point Shopping Centre had 3 in stock and they were able to promptly get everything sorted and transferred so I could pick it up by getting a taxi there despite CP Curry’s closing shortly in 15 minutes. Everything was ready for me to sign and pick up and was handled by Tim/Tom at the Crown Point store, thank you!”
