God knows what was going on with this store and staff today, but what a complete shambles. 30 minutes we queued to get some hot drinks. Never known anything like it. The member of staff serving kept trying to deal with 2 orders at a time. Shelves empty of food. Only 1 person serving at a time. Looked more interested in dealing with Uber Eat orders, and even that was slow too.When we eventually got our drinks, I gave the homeless person outside the wrong one as we didn't know which drink was which. I don't know what goes on behind the scenes, but we saw 7 members of staff in total, and only 1 serving customers who walked through the door.

Really decent size for a Gregg's, the staff are decent and the food is generally warm since they get so much traffic.They even have dining in if you so please.

Good branch. Good amount of parking spaces. It?s busy during the peak hours which is normal as there?s only this branch available within the area around.
