Asked if I could bring my savings of £2 coins to the bank if I put them in bags of £20 then into bags of £500 as I had £2000 to change. Reply\\nwas sorry you will have to bring 10 bags with £20 in each for the next 10 days as we can only take 10 bags per day.Nice to see they are bending over backwards to help in these hard times.Staff are very unhelpful at this branch. This isn't the 1st time they have just brushed me off.

I was disappointed when visiting today that 3 customers walked into.branch without face coverings and were not challenged by the staff on the door. Come on Halifax please protect your customers who are abiding by the law.

As I've a disability I'm totally deaf and cant use phones only text or email but one person has helped us so much in this Halifax branch cross gates making phone call and twice has got us my money back from 2 insurance companies regarding these took money out even I closed them down just to say thank you so much NATALIE who works on customer services desks

Just switched to Halifax bank and visited this branch this morning to deposit cash and a cheque and to order a cheque book. Staff very helpful and friendly.

the worst bank I have ever been to. i hear the staff regularly talking very insultingly about people who visit. the staff are very elitist and often laugh about refusing requests from there clients. a visit here often leaves me very depressed when I hear the other customers with very simple requests get refused. the order of each day is to look down on is customers. the manager should be sacked! disgusting behaviour.

Called in today with an internet problem and a little frazzled as I was already late for a meeting,greeted by pleasant,knowledgeable and very helpful staff,in and out in no time even though they were very busy with all my problems solved can't rate them high enough.
