I was a bit apprehensive about visiting Howarth Timber as it?s not like a ?normal? diy store. However, I was really grateful for the way I was treated as a woman on her own trying to buy diy stuff!Firstly, Andy on the main desk was really helpful in showing me where to find the things I needed.Then, Dominic, who worked in the warehouse area was just a pleasure to deal with!He listened to me and looked at my cutting list before finding what I needed & cutting it to size!!Well done Howarth Timber!!!
