Phoned by manager to explain part of the order hadn?t arrived, but could fit more expensive tyres at the same price. All the staff were very courteous and pleasant.Very impressed with the managers handling of a very difficult customer whilst waiting for my car.

When i booked for 2 x new front tyres, I was advised the total price was £175 inc VAT.After work was completed the charge was £220 which added on a wheel alignment charge that had not been discussed.I didn't pay this additional charge, and think this should have been discussed with me when I made the original appointment

Really good experience, Lewis was excellent from booking the appointment to getting my tyre repair and 2 new tyres.All done the same day after I called at 12.30pm.Very friendly customer service.Would definitely recommend and will come to this branch regularly if Lewis is working here even though its not the closest kwik fit to me.
