“Such a great selection which is very unassuming from the window display. They are catering for a broad spectrum of customers to entice them in, so I think I got the wrong impression from what was displayed to the outside world. I was pleasantly surprised when I finally decided to head in. The service is delivered perfectly - the team tailor their conversations in such a way to make you feel comfortable and listened to. Considering they’re working within such a huge floor space, love that someone always whips across as if from nowhere to check in and aid you in your choices. Special mention to Nicky who was such a wonderful ambassador for Majestic, she printed off some tasting notes for the wines we together selected for my evening, which added to the excitement of trying them later on. My thoughts on her selection of Assyrtiko from Santorini are forthcoming (I’ll let you know next time I’m in Nicky). Thanks team :)”

“I use this place for the Amazon locker, which is at the back of the shop. Other than that, it has a big variety of items available, even frozen food. From the outside it seems smaller than it is.”
“Transiting yesterday through Leeds from Skipton, N Yorks to Southampton I was helped along by some lovely people, - railway staff, a British Transport Police officer and a helpful M&S worker who all went out of their way to make an elderly person's journey less stressful. What lovely people they all were, and what a contrast to those at Birmingham New St Station on changing trains. Why should the staff culture in Leeds be so different to those elsewhere?”
“It would be a 5 if not for the worst member of staff in the world that worked there... Tracy Charlesworth I so feel your pain in your 1 star review - that particular member of staff was a horror show in every aspect possible. Thank goodness she's left -probably to be a Bailiff or something, she was the Worst. You'll remember her by the orange hue, dyed hair and just sucked a lemon facial expression. Good riddance I say ? she was super Rude ? everyone else there is lovely ?”

“All of these bad reviews are just ur local dossers that A want everything for nothing and B go around looking to cause problems gobbing off at people "as dossers do" I haven't once had a problem in this one stop the staff are fine the prices are OK 6 cans of coke for 3.50 that's like 60p a can in today's economy too!!! £3,50 meal deals is decent as well dossers be dossing I guess try coming correct and having some mutual respect and not treating people like the garbage you surround urself with at home...”
“Just been to the gipton branch staff very helpful, manager aswell ie if I can't see anything on the shelfs I'm needing i just ask and they stop what they are doing and go look in the back of shop straight away for me .Shop is very clean and well stocked”
