Does the job of being a local branch, however I do wish banks were open either more hours during the week or on a Saturday.

Terrible experience at this branch was made to feel like dirt with one of the members of staff her attitude and customer service was horrible was more concerned about the time as it was due to close in 15 minutes was locked in the shop whilst been delt with so no one else could come in had to wait ti have the door unlocked

Went to put money into the bank the bank closes at 3pm but when arriving at 1.30pm it was all shut with no notes to say why it had closed early

Hunslet branch. Leeds.Terrible experience. Arranged an appointment only for it to be cancelled with no alternative offerings or any real care from the staff. What happened. Big adverts promising the world but fails to deliver.

Needed to change the name. Got there with all documents. The only one cashier was available at that time and she took it seriously - has taken this to the manager on site to check whether they could do this. Documents given were - current passport (with a new name) and they asked for the change of name deed. I have to admit this was translated.!!!To cut the story short - my request was rejected!!!First of all, manager Kellie phoned another manager to find out what kind of documents I have presented. Apparently, she was more chatting about how her day went, rather than taking the issue seriously - I've heard whole conversation behind slightly closed doors - breach of confidentiality!!! - and only the minor part of conversation was about my issue.She clearly was not interested in doing her job - as said, that translated document did not had a seal - although I tried to explain, that translator cannot put the random seal on - only translate what was written on original one. Anyway - she was stubborn, that according the policies and procedures they cannot do it. Asked for policies - and was told that they cannot provide one. And after all - she cannot deal with it, as has a meeting in 10 minutes!!!I told her, that I'm going to raise a complaint and want her full name - to which she gave only the name - Kellie - and went off. After such "service" literally wanted to change the bank completely.The other day I went into the central branch - and everything was sorted in a matter of 10 minutes! No hassle, no drama, no stress - only positive experience.And I would like to shut this Hunslet branch - because such customer service in there is a complete disgrace!!!

Disgraceful service. I go to many branches within yorkshire and all is v. good. Had a bad experience before here but put it down to random bad time. Again visited not pleasant at all. Only has 1 star as would not let me mark with zero
