Been coming to this bank since I first got a back account in high school. Staff have always been polite and gave quality service. I bank I can always rely on.

I recently transferred funds via this branch. The branch provided me with a receipt of this transaction, however no money was transferred when I checked my statement later. This was also agreed by the people I was trying to pay.I visited this branch today to try speaking to someone why this has happened. No one gave me an explanation. I asked them to try writing down an explanation but they didn't. All of a sudden, a middle-aged woman with short hair wearing glasses around 5'8 shouted at me to ask me to get out of the branch and shut up. She claimed she was the manager.I was polite and quiet throughout my entire visit at this branch.During this situation, there were two other members of staff, both male, one was blonde and white, the other had brown skin and a beard. They did not interject and watched the entire situation without challenging this bullying and harrassement.The entire experience was horrifying, humiliating, and degrading. I have been a Lloyds customer for more than 10 years. After today's experience, I will be closing my Lloyds accounts and moving my money to another bank as soon as possible.For anyone who has managed to reach this far, I also urge you to consider if you have ever witnessed or experienced poor or rude service from Lloyds. If yes, there are many competitive and friendly banks out there who would be more than happy to serve you as a new customer.

I been visited this branch as convenient to me at this time and location where I was. This staff, particularly this old lady is such nasty and behave so awkward . Why she as bank staff want to judge type of bank operation which is most suitable to me, as inappropriate because she think so ??? She behave so badly to other customer in front of me in rude way as well, only because he had difficulty to understand her. Such dissatisfied and disappointed from her bad behaviour.

Even though they have 3,4 counter sales assistant points but always open 1 or 2.If anyone wishes to visit please spare 1/2 an hour atleast to be served.

Have to wait in line to draw your money out or pay in. Very few ATM s in Leeds so I will be taking my account else where.

Bad customer service from a lady who worked in the middle before the bank was closed # just now 29/09/2021 never I ever wrote abad review before but this lady was talking about me just while I was standing next to the door . I came in to ask few questions but just because I had an online banking and it was nearly time to close the bank I had a bad day yesterday and I suffer from depression and I was literally trying to to go out so I don?t get more depressed and this was the first place that I went to I even forgot to deposit my money from the rudeness and the attitude ,so disrespectful

I have been with this bank nearly 14 years and never had a problem. Only that rude foreigners jump the line then say in perfect English I don't understand I can't speak englisb . I love the deposit machines now it so much quicker but any questions are answered. Always presented nicely
