I opened an bank account online for my sister and bring her here for confirm. One of lady staff was so rude with us. On her ID it was her middle name before her first name. That is was her name but she said like we lied to her. I explained to her but she not listen to me. She rolling her eyes to us and really rude. Really bad service to Asian people and young people If i was make it wrong she can ask me to do it again

This branch is a joke at the moment. Hope your new opening hours are short term as the waiting time to be served at counter are appalling. 15 customers deep& faulty equipment on self serve. Time to look at alternatives I think.

How are you supposed to use this branch if you work Monday to Friday . I've been trying to deposit cash for a week. The outside machine does not let you deposit cash anymore. Absolutely useless if you work. What happened to opening Saturdays or staying open later. Closing at 3 pm is ridiculous.

Huge praise for the team in Crossgates branch. Supported me in a recent transaction quickly and at short notice, but also dealt with an aggressive/offensive customer in a very polite and professional manner. Credit to all staff for managing a difficult situation so well

We have complained time and again that we are still receiving mail for a former owners son of the house we moved into nearly a year ago. The letters we have been told when we went into branch have all his account details on,as they where opened by the branch manager. We have informed them that he no longer lives here,is currently in Australia and has been for over a year. (The same has happend with his sister aswell) we have been informed that theres ment to be a block on the address, this is clearly not the case, we have had it from other banks aswell but they delt with it, and have taken the new address for his dad. The massive breach of data protection is and should be a major concern, however this does not seem to be the case. If you bank with lloyds i would seriously consider you other options for your own data protection as it is not high on there priorities it seems.

Two stars, not one because at HSBC they are guaranteed to be rude whereas at Lloyds it is 50/50.
