Called to the M&S cafe in crown point today. Was served by a lovely chap called Michael (cafe). He was very chatty, very attentive to all the customers he served. Wonderful service. M&s are lucky to have him.

A surprising letdown! As someone who holds a special place for M&S, it was disheartening to find this store lacking in the customer service department. The shop is good but the security guards are very rude and the customer service staff don’t say hi to people
M&S Foodhalls offer something for every occasion, whether its healthy cooking ideas, delicious meals from around the world or convenient food on-the-go. The café also provides an opportunity to take a well-deserved break serving coffee and cakes in a safe environment. Wifi and Toilets are also available.
