Zero star review. As the system won't allow that.I?ve been a Matalan Customer for years with holding a card.The customer service at Wortley store is appalling.Need to go to that till isn't asking.Black Friday the sales assistant was fully aware that I had a Matalan me card as I scanned it however didn't offer me the discount.The following day I went back in mentioned it again. Wasn?t sure if the woman had forgotten. So ?how do I use the discount on the app"as there wasn't a bar code to scan I got the discount.Next time ?you can order to store? if I do that charge ?I think it?s 99p"Well that?s wrong as if I order £19.99 to store it?s free or a 99p as per the website.The Kirkstall store states that the staff don?t answer the phone. Well I?m not surprised after the poor customer service that I experienced.Especially as Matalan now have a large Christmas Sale so giving a discount to a loyal Matalan customer. Would of been beneficial in the long run to both parties .I don?t appreciate the condersending message from a person pretending to be the owner of Matalan that clearly isn?t. That didn?t read the message as there is sufficient information on there. Especially as that condersending person hasn?t used my name that is stated on the message.That isn?t good customer service it?s another example of poor customer service at Matalan.

Bought travel adaptor and been charged 3 times instead of two. System in till crashing and its actually not first time when I have been charge more then should. Waste of my money and fuel if I have to return to shop.

Matalan is a wonderful place for quality clothing shopping ? for kids, ladies ? and gents ?, and some other household accessories, filled with different varieties at a very good price. Their products are of good value for money.
