Fraud fraud fraud the worst experience ever, Iv been a very loyal and long standing customer shopping here since my daughter was born and been loyal for 11 years and was so disappointed when I could use my 20% off at the check out on a £105.70 order when I religiously shop at matalan stores in Halton. I requested for a manager. Andy arrived as he was the manger at the Leeds Halton branch simply told no as the valid date was out by 1 day and compared to the 11 years Iv shopped there was very poor level of service I do understand the gravity of my dissatisfaction however manager can make that exception looking over the years Iv spent there but a simple no was given I felt embarrassed in front of my wife and daughter. I guess best to shop at Asda or Tesco would be more appreciating than this shard please view my receipt and view my comments on twitter and google trust pilot.

A great clean & tudy local store that's very reasonably priced, plenty of parking too. Inside is a spacious & well mapped out & organised, along with good changing room facilities, nice helpful & friendly staff that offer a good level of customer service ?

Staff are to be desired and the range isn't great. Bit overpriced but you can get a few bits either for home or clothing.

A great store and very convenient place for me at least to shop. If you're in Halton to do any kind of shopping, you will find at Matalan that there is plenty of free parking space available literally outside the main doors, and the store itself is also very easily accessible too!Once you're in store, you will find a decent range of seasonal wear that is constantly being refreshed and kept up to date, from top to toe, be it from the casual to the smart, or the whole wide and varied range of accessories that are on offer, and too numerous to mention here in this review and that are all available to both men and women alike.The quality of the products available is quite high, especially when you realize that the pricing of the products available is very very competitive given the quality of the goods on offer, not only that vut there is always discounted stock, in store sales and special offers available, thats along with the very well priced regular goodies available too.Then there is inside the store which is very well mapped out with plenty of space and room available to browse along at your own comfortable pace, also another plus here is that there are plenty of clean, spacious changing rooms available for all to use too ?Then add to this that there are multiple tills/checkouts available, meaning that you rarely have to suffer any kind of queuing, that the staff here are ever present, always available, very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable too!You'll soon realise that you cant and wont go too far wrong here ?..
