“I contacted Three online after losing my iPhone on 3rd October. They blocked it so no-one could use it until I got a replacement which happened on 6th October this year, and the online staff promised that a PIN would be delivered in 1-3 days. I happen to be 86 years old and don't get around very well. When nothing happened by 19th October, I gave up and went to the Three Shop in the Merrion Centre.
