Every time I collect an order I am always stood waiting like a lemon for at least 10 mins whilst the staff behind at the back are stood having a mothers meeting.

Been refused entrance by security due to not having anyone in a wheelchair with us and was told we had to go round frount in the car park. walked back 5mins later too see them letting people through. Bad management and alot of very unhappy members of public. Other stores can manage multiple entrances why can't you !

Was told by a unfriendly and rather rude member of staff that no stores in the White Rose centre were allowing customers to try on clothes as well as Next. Went to Debenhams and was allowed to try on clothes. Obviously Next staff not fully informed. Went and spent my money at Debenhams instead and the staff were more helpful... read full comment
