Expensive shop to be expected as a local but ask for a receipt and check it, amount shown on the shelf isn’t what is charged, didn’t realise until I was home and wasn’t given a paper receipt to be able to challenge it sadly

Went to drop a parcel off at 5.35pm told they couldn’t accept it as postman had already been for collection. Please bring back the other staff who run this shop as they accepted parcels anytime.

Went to drop off some letters at 17:33, told me it’s too late because collection for them is 17:04. As if they can’t accept it and just leave it there for the next day! Ridiculous!
