What a great experience at O2 today , myself and my partner came in to do the switch up plan from the iPhone 14 Pro Max to iPhone 15 Plus and do the data transfer also , Hasib was very helpful and very informative definitely recommend. We were in and out of the shop within 45 minutes.

The customer service was outstanding. I was so pleased with the service I received from Saarah. She went above and beyond to help me what I exactly wanted. I was very impressed how friendly and professional she stayed.

Absolutely disgusting customer experience i have ever got from O2.All i wanted is a sim swap as i brought a new phone already from Apple. Zubair put me in a Queue and told me it will take around 20 to 25 minutes, so i told him to just give me the sim card i can go home and do the sim swap, he was like sorry you have to wait and sit as we cannot give sim card like that. He could see i was with the child(1.5 year old) being very cranky, i went and came back after 20 minutes and asked they status he goes like i dont know everyone is busy while doing the upgrades. When i looked they were sitting and doing the data transfers. I was shocked with the behaviour of Zubair.Literally 2 minutes job to process the sim card and give it to me i will go home and do the sim swap myself, he even had the blank sim card in his pocket. Absolutely disgusting experience. Never going to step inside that store and i will recommend everyone not go in.

Came in to store today as i have been having an issue with my phone and the lady that was supposed to be helping was no help gave me the phone to ring o2 myself and left me to help someone else. Then i go talk to the "manager" who was more bothered about doing something on his phone that was in helping me.

I went into store to send my phone off for repair. The agent that served me really didn?t know what he was doing, neither did half the staff on shift that day. He asked me to take my passcode off my phone, I did that, it was showing in my settings as it was off but it was still on. I asked the agent to try he couldn?t do it, and didn?t seem to know what he was doing. He then asked a work colleague to try do it he couldn?t either. The whole shop was just a shambles, and the customer service was absolutely shocking. The agent that served me spoke really quiet the whole time and also had his hand over his mouth. No idea how I was expected to hear him!! Will never visit again the only reason I went to store was because 02 customer services wasn?t answering the phone after been on for over 2 hours.

Complete nightmare. Ordered online and picked up in store.Everything seemed fine, my only complaint in store was that the staff member tried to walk off out of sight with my ID - not cool in the current day and age of cloning and fraud.After around 4-5 days when the real problems surfaced. Calls, Minutes and Data all blocked yet the phones status showed full signal connected to O2.After 10 phone calls and emails O2 have given me 3 different stories ranging from the fraud department closed the account, the billing department are trying to contact me and finally theres a technical issue.I have left my details with O2 numerous times, I've been given multiple timescales from O2 which have all been missed. Every time I have called them it has been multiple times due to being cut off whilst on hold or the operating hanging up the phone on me as they don't know where to transfer me or what to do.I'm now at the stage where I'm seeking legal advise as I have pay monthly contract with one of the UKs biggest mobile phone operators and no service and no contact of any kind from O2.I strongly suggest you buy from any other network provider and avoid my woes!

02 is the worst company I've been wating a long time for my £15 bundle and they are always rude they don't help and I am always sick of being mest around and they put the phone down on me.
