I seemed to get the opposite service to other reviews. All staff were chatting outside but one came in as I went in. They didnt have what I wanted but he went out of his way to provide me something that would help fix the problem and this was all for a sale of a few pounds.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!
I have been twice to this store to purchase plumbing items. Firstly around 6 months ago i popped in to buy some pipe and fittings, why guy behind the counter has a shocking attitude and just expects you to know "technical" details, which of course a standard DIY'er wouldn't know.
