It is my number 1 post office for sending post because I've always experienced a reliable service which gives me peace of mind with my regular visits for sending work parcels. 5pm post collection on week days works really well for me.Great selection of goods and value for money. “Stayed for one night in this gorgeous find. Rooms are so well appointed, spotlessly clean, decorated so tastefully. Located in a beautifully preserved old English village. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and nothing was too much trouble for the lovely new proprietors, Karen & Ade, whose friendly and welcoming disposition added to the stay. And of course the welcoming little tail wags from Oscar just made you feel like you were one of the family. Can't recommend this place highly enough. We will definitely be back”
“Both the Post Office and Pharmacy in which it is located, have the friendliest and most helpful staff. They make a point of knowing your name which automatically puts you at ease and they get to know you without being overbearing, just enough to know the best way to assist and advise YOU as an individual, not just another customer coming through the door. “If It wasn't for them being open on a weekend I wouldn't be able to pay money into my account due to my bank being useless and won't allow payment on a weekend I don't mind waiting whenever there busy as they're friendly and polite”
“What an amazing experience! I came here after having a terrible experience at Rookwoods post office. I really needed some help from someone who was friendly and knew what they were doing. I went for the first time yesterday and a LOVELY lady called Helen (I think that’s her name, she said she had worked there for a few months) served me. I’d just finished work and she greeted me with such a big smile and chirpy voice it really cheered me up on a Monday afternoon. Helen was really helpful, kind and put my letters and parcels through at a quick but efficient pace. I will 100000% be returning here for all my post office needs!”
“The most wonderful, kind, friendly and just brilliant service from Manjit today. I took a large letter in and because of its size it was going to need to go as a small parcel. Manjit kindly asked if it was foldable at the ends so that I would be able to send it as a large letter rather than a small parcel- costing half the price to send. She even sellotape it for me, whilst wearing her lovely smile throughout :) Brilliant service, she turned my whole week around. Thankyou Manjit!!”
“The service at this post office is first class as they will support you with any queries you have and explain in a calm and professional manner what you need to do.I go out of my way to go here and every member of staff is helpful and respectful regardless of the hard time they get from rude and ungrateful members of the public sometimes. Makes my angry when some people are just overly demanding and do not appreciate others who go to work everyday and do the best they can!”

“My local post office. Have had nothing but wonderful service from a very polite and courteous lady staffing it throughout the numerous occasions I've had to make use of it. The area surrounding it is rather grotty and generally covered in litter, however, so it tends to be bit uncomfortable to come past this way, but otherwise can't complain.”

“All of these bad reviews are just ur local dossers that A want everything for nothing and B go around looking to cause problems gobbing off at people "as dossers do" I haven't once had a problem in this one stop the staff are fine the prices are OK 6 cans of coke for 3.50 that's like 60p a can in today's economy too!!! £3,50 meal deals is decent as well dossers be dossing I guess try coming correct and having some mutual respect and not treating people like the garbage you surround urself with at home...”

Great post office, lovely staff who run it and as I use it for my etsy shop and sometimes post a large amounts of packages at a time.
