I have stayed in 100's of Premier Inn's and while the staff were helpful to a degree, I found them miserable and far from enthusiastic, which is unusual for a PI.I had a simple continental breakfast, which in all honesty was very poor quality. Not one I would recommendThe room was great, as ever

A functional hotel near Leeds City Centre. Our quad room was functional and quiet for our 2 night stay. Staff were helpful and friendly. Good english breakfast available for additional charge. Parking is available for an additional £6 per 24 hrs.A 15min walk into Leeds City Centre where you'll find many shops, covered shopping malls and museums. Beware that most museums are closed on Mondays.Though there was some floor noise from upstairs room on our 2nd night it was not a problem. But if the guest above is very noisy, you are likely to be disturbed.

I stayed over Christmas, so the hotel was not busy. I had a fantastic stay. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, rooms were clean and comfortable. They made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Had a nice Christmas surprise at our door on Christmas morning. I will definitely stay here again.

Stayed in plenty of Premier inns this one is starting to feel a little dated fixtures and fittings are showing signs of age. That said close to the city centre and staff were great. Also disappointing that you have to pay for parking in alot of these hotels now. Not as if you can rely on public transport anymore feel like your penalised twice.

Wonderful staff, always polite & helpful. Rooms are mostly worth the price. Housekeeping good. Wish they had a wet floor shower room though. Only negative is the Wi-Fi. It is very weak, intermittent & loves to throw tantrums. About head office changed providers.

I'm so glad I ended up packing my own bedsheets! Upon arrival, I had to ask the staff to change the bed lined as I found gross stains on them. I was offered a free drink as compensation but it turned out they had changed the bed sheets with worse ones! The curtains also had suspect stains on them as well.Rooms: Gross

Nice hotel for business, welcoming staff and a good breakfast.. but a bit of a trek to the city centre along a motorway.. only restaurant is a TGI Fridays bolted on, and I didn't fancy 3 nights eating £22 burgers..

Comfortable, quiet and clean rooms. Adequate breakfast and good customer service.Wouldn't recommend the car park if you own a expensive car, though.

This is up there as one of the worst night's sleep I have ever had in a hotel. As I type, the dulcet tones of the person walking around in the room above me are amplified to a simply unbearable volume. The walls on every single side are paper thin. The sink isn't necessarily blocked but it drains incredibly slowly and the unpleasant odour coming from the pipes only adds to the damp smell of the bathroom as a whole. The WiFi is slow and borderline unusable which is of course the point because you're supposed to get so annoyed about it that you upgrade to "ultimate WiFi".Location is mediocre but I knew that when booking.

Excellent location - 10 min walk from Leeds Station. As ever, smooth and easy check in and check out. Clean room and comfortable bed - as I've come to expect at Premier Inn. Good breakfast - both choice and quality of food - although coffee poor. Bizarrely (even slightly dangerously) steep bath - not one for smaller people or those with back trouble.

We had a fantastic stay at the Premier Inn near Leeds City Center Wellington. We checked in late at night as we reached late due to our flight delay. The check in process was smooth and without any hassle. The staff were exceptionally polite and provided excellent service throughout my visit. The rooms were clean and comfortable, making for a pleasant and relaxing stay. We stayed here for 5 days and we enjoyed our stay. The hotel's location is also ideal, offering easy access to the city center at walking distance. I highly recommend this Premier Inn for a great experience in Leeds.Rooms: Rooms are clean and well maintained. Service is also greatWalkability: Leads City center is at walking distance. Everything is near and at walking distance.

Great location, 15 minutes walk from the city centre, good value parking for hotel guests. Very helpful staff allowed me to pay for a large group at once before the rest arrived. Unfortunately a bit of a faux pas from the night staff with a breakfast booking (we booked it, they didn?t put the booking through) so we ended up elsewhere but you can?t blame a briefcase for what?s in it, everyone else was excellent.

Not a great Premier Inn. Our room wasn't set up correctly as a twin and there was only one set of towels which were stained and or dirty. The room was very dusty as if it hadn't been used in a good while. The building it was in had graffiti on it. You paid £6 for parking in a car park that had a lot of smashed glass in it which didn't make me feel the car was secure. When the room was made up as a twin, they used a sofa couch thing that was really dusty and uncomfortable instead of separating the beds. After we asked for the towels/room set up and were told it would all be taken care of, we spoke to the girl on reception who said she didn't know anything about it so not great communication. The vending machine was out of order. Certainly wouldn't be back and not up to usual Premier Inn standards.
