Disabled toilets out 9f order toilets upstairs code on door but wasn't given receipt with code on. Ladies toilets out of order. 8am one male toilet shared by all dirty dated with odour. Not want you want in food joint. Coffee was nice. Didn't bother to order food drank coffee went elsewhere for breakfast.

Jan 2024 Update:Thrown out of a seat by a member of staff while waiting for my family to return with our drinks and food because they wanted to stack outdoor furniture there. Upstairs full of people nursing empty cups and on laptops or just hanging around. Limited seating downstairs full too, one table became free and a lad wandered in, sat down and ate a Cinnabon (in full view of the lady that turfed me out of my seat) while I stood with our drinks and food next to a table full of chaps drinking tap water and shelling pistachio nuts while watching loud videos on their phone.A truly surreal place to be these days and that's before you have the subpar coffee and baked goods that appear to be about 5mm thick now for twice the money. Awful experience.Sitting outside (when seats available) just opens you up to constant approaches from beggars, it's not a nice place to be these days.You pay a premium to sit in, still get a takeaway cup, pretty much serve yourself and then there's nowhere to sit and its all quite grotty.I really like Pret but will never use this one again and will try to go to the far superior independents in Leeds when possible.2019 review:Nice selection of food (with healthy options) and a variety of drinks. I find the coffee a little on the sour / bitter side but it's such a personal thing so you might love it.Loads of seating in an architecturally interesting building right in the city centre.Upstairs toilet needs a key code that's printed on your receipt, downstairs disabled toilet always seems to be open.

Can?t get a seat as people just sit all day on their laptops. A few looked as if they hadn?t even bought anything or were making one small drink last hours.

Pret is very enjoyable, a little expensive, but the food is very good. Staff very welcoming. However, it was difficult to get a seat today as 9 of the tables were occupied by students with lap tops drinking from their own flasks/water bottles, two even eating their own food from containers! The manager needs to ensure people don't take advantage of the shop's good nature.

Went in on a midweek morning, friendly staff, quick service. Hot drinks were really nice but the breakfast items we got were very bland and synthetic tasting. Nice relaxing vibe and decent seating area upstairs. Will go again but probably not for breakfast food

The Batista looked like a doppelganger of my neice when she had chickenpox . But the service was excellent.
