Noticed when busy period comes or they're short staffed, they expect you to collect deliveries and can't be bothered to deliver them. I have cc tv and spotted them leaving cards, so I know what I'm saying.There is no way of leaving permanent delivery option for address and named person. If I would like them to push my gate harder to open up, I can't simply leave this instruction against my name&address record for future posts.Overall Terrible service.

Two Important letter 1st class packages posted at different Post Offices in nearby areas NOT delivered, still waiting two days after they were sent. No postman Pat and his letter mail delivery van been near our high rise block of flats on Tues 19th and Weds 20th Dec 2023. Missing SEACROFT POSTIE'S where are you?

I was in definitely when the package was supposed to be delivered., but just got a card stuffed through the door. Can't redirect it because there is no reference number on the card. Hopeless.

Staff are helpful as they can be, but the opening times are now a joke. If only you could choose your sorting office.If you work full time, then how are we meant to collect the parcels which we weren't in the house to receive in the first place. There seems no wider thought process as to why people need to access the sorting office.I had occasion to use the sorting office at Doncaster earlier this week for dropping a tracked 24 parcel. Their opening hours are fantastic in contrast to Seacroft.

Waited in all day for 2 deliveries, one for me and another from my wife, both from different company. Only to get a mail about 2 minutes to their closing time saying that they had tried to deliver but nobody was home. This is a complete lie, no attempt was made and no card was put through the letterbox. I was home all day and looking out of the window almost every 2 minutes. Why Royalmail , Seacroft chose to tell lies beats my imagination. Wish it possible to avoid them completely

I have never seen such bad service! Delivery claimed "have an issue" without even trying. Open road, easy access, I'm home waiting and yet whoever said they tried had a problem that no other delivery person has had before.
