Gait analysis was really poor. Didn?t measure my feet, gave me trainers that were too slim for my feet (due to lack of measurement) took them home and had severe blisters. Didn?t show me how to tie my laces properly (seen this in other stores). Left me to go on their break even though I booked the appointment and then had to choose the shoes myself not really knowing what would be best for me as a very newbie runner. All in all having to go to a different store to get another gait analysis in hopes to find a better more suited pair of running trainers.

Purchased some running shoes here this week; superb service from the young lad working there who gave good advice and pointed me toward the best options. ??????????

There was only one guy serving in the Running section and he was run off his feet bless him. He was very helpful though.

Assistant did not ask me what I need the shoes for and seemed to assume that I am looking for casual sneakers. I am a very experienced runner and expected a little more attention.Initially there was only one assistant with about 3 customers needing assistance. No interest in how the shoes fit or feel and had to wait at counter to pay. After some time a second assistant arrived to take the money. Like mentioned, for £175 pair of shoes a little more effort would be appreciated.

We went in for gait testing today as I was unsure as to whether I was wearing the incorrect shoes. Rebecca was so helpful and helped me select a pair of NB 1080v12 after showing me and discussing various brands and answering my girlfriend?s questions about her running shoes. Will definitely return for my next pair of shoes!

The shop is fantastic, however the service from the staff member Corrie is next to none! His knowledge and service is amazing, what a joy it is shopping with staff members like that! Thank you Corrie you made my shopping experience not only so I understandable but I left the shop feeling like I had learned something and needed up with the product that I wanted!! Amazing service!!

Great service and advice in here. Went for the gait analysis and was seen quickly. Advised which running trainers would suit and bought the 2nd pair. I could run on the treadmill to try them out and wasn't rushed. Highly recommended.
