Colton store in Leeds. A member of staff is on the door and asked me to wear a mask. I showed her an exemption card and she let me in. however it is not within the law or government guidelines for me or anyone else to even carry an exemption card or to explain to anyone why I can't wear a mask. According to the government guidelines you shouldn't ask people who aren't wearing a mask to wear one or to ask them to prove their exemption. PLEASE EDUCATE YOUR STAFF ON THE DOOR.

My first visit in months to a larger supermarket yesterday and I wasn?t sure what to expect. I would like to thank the staff at Colton Sainsbury?s for such a pleasant experience. Very organised, clean and calm atmosphere as well as friendly staff

Rude staff. Spent £159 yesterday and the woman on the till didn?t even acknowledge me. She saw my trolly was full and just continued to keep throwing it all down the end making it hard to pack. She didn?t say hello, she didn?t ask if I needed help with packing, she didn?t speak once - didn?t even ask if I had a nectar card. I found it really difficult to pack so fast and i think it?s important to get out and speak to people when you?re in lockdown as that social interaction is all people get once a week. My shopping actually fell off my trolly outside because it wasn?t packed properly. When complaining to a manager outside about her, he didn?t seem to care that I was on the verge of tears and she made me feel rubbish. He said what did she look like, what till was she on? Thanks for your feedback, no apology or anything. Absolutely disgusting.

Usually canâ??t fault sainsburys. However saying that theyâ??ve turned most of the lights off to the entrance, 1) itâ??s a security problem as anyone could be attacked itâ??s pitch black 2) itâ??s a health hazard. My 80 yrs old mum almost went flying. Had she not been holding my arm sheâ??d have been on the floor. Disgusting youâ??d put your customers at risk like this
