Makes a mean cup of coffee (probably) but actually incapable of doing the most basic of banking procedures like .... 'change my address'.After half an hour and 3 forms of i.d., they still weren't able to do it and treated me like it was all somehow my fault that they couldnt work out how to do it.Beggars belief that in this day and age, a BANK can't do the most basic of things.It's time for Santander to go I think. It's a dinosaur in a digital age.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Was treat disgustingly today by a bank employee when trying to querie some of my direct debits and do some genreal housekeeping on My account, was given completely false information about procedures and refused to cancel direct debits that were no longer required at my request and was judgmently commenting on where and how I spent my money which I found highly insulting especially by his tone of speaking down to me and was treating me like I was stupid. When i asked about a particular transaction that i didnt make (possible fraud) he said very curtly if i was that bothered ring the fraud squad then proceeded by saying I was confused by which supermarket I had used and in which town. Will never use this branch again and considering changing banks as I was made to feel like i was just some stupid girl who didn't know what day of the week it was feel completely insulated and embarrassed and my housekeeping on my account is still remains unresolved will have to go to another branch 15 Miles away to resolve this matter in the hope they are more helpful.This at the brigatte branch on Thursday the 5th of October about 12.10pm by a middle aged gentleman if I can call him that.

There are only 2 counters and closes at 3pm so the que can get really long.The lady at the front was so unhelpful, worst customer service, told her I can't deposit through machine but she still insist I can but instead go and look at other customers.

Tried to book an appointment via on line service - after being passed to a second person and waiting 10 minutes the service was disconnected. Rang the 0800 number but was referred back to 5he on,I even service. No option to speak to anybody. I will go into the branch on speck on Friday in the hope I can get to speak to somebody.

went ehre to get some cash and it worked but i got too much i think and now im paying for everything in cash and i feel so weird doing it bc im dropping coins EVERYWHERE and its not as easy as apple pay but its also not real money if i use cash guys so life hack!

Terrible bank. Imagine closing all your branches and then closing the 1 branch you do have at 3pm and then not notifying your customers.

Very busy during Mondays particularly given its location at the city centre. Nonetheless, terrific service! Worth a few minutes wait!

I am very disappointed with their service. I called customer services a few days ago to make sure I will do everything correctly and prepare correct documents. I was told I can do everything in the branch and it will take 5 minutes to do. But in the branch I was told they cannot do anything. You should set the same rules when calling customer services and visiting the branch!

The advisor, Binta was very helpful. I wasn't too pleased about the waiting times though, It took ages.I needed the wc but was told I couldn't use it so I had to suffer for about 50 minutes! And I've banked with them for over 15 years!

I?m writing this as I am still sat waiting in the bank. I have been waiting for an hour and 30 minutes. There is only 3 members of staff working in this whole branch. I feel so sorry for them as every customer is complaining about the waiting times. It is absolutely ridiculous. I would strongly recommend going to a different branch, I am even contemplating changing banks.
