What helpfull people as a not so young person they couldn't have done more explaining everything in plain language throughly recommend them will certainly not hesitate to use them

Excellent customer service as always from Alysha, I prefer to be served by her any time I come in. I?m a regular and couldn?t help but leave a review as it?s about time. I wouldn?t go to any other store as they never explain anything clearly and if they do, they don?t know how to smile. This store is great. Talk about service with a smile; you?ll also get a good little chat with the workers.

Came in to store on a Friday evening and had a great conversation with a member of staff Alysha. Lovely greeting from her and she was super friendly, wish she was able to serve me as she provided an amazing customer service and explained things clearly which is rare! Store is presented neatly too.

Poor!!!! Me and my colleague have a trade account and we?re gagging for a refreshing hot coffee to help us through the day when some little Scottish woman dampened our spirits by rejecting us as we weren?t with plumbfix or elecfix whatever daftness it is. Despite just spending £70 at the counter next door. Won?t be coming back, cancelling all accounts. Cheers woman, work mates crying.

Holbeck Screwfix staff, pretty helpful and friendly but no bags for customers. No idea why, though they did give me a box for my items, so they tried.

Limited staff on the counter which would be understandable, however, a few staff "filling shelves" etc. Chatting away in back and not coming forward to deal with the queue.People in queue not social distancing. Could do better

What wonderful staff.When I arrived I was greeted by Sam and Agnes. I had a burst water pipe and other issues going on in my home and they made my experience so much easier to deal with. We need more staff and service like this. Thank you ladies.I will be returning to this branch in the future most definitly.

One issues with this branch is click and collect you have to join the line for orders and payments before you can collect your item.
