I travel quite a bit, Starbucks is always my go to. Been to many stores, different locations, but there?s something about that one. Both drinks and food always hit the right spot. The staff always greets me with the biggest smile on their faces, very chatty, assuring the customer experience is 10/10. Lately been served by Jack and what a gem he is! Never fails to brighten my day.

I used the little Starbucks on the upstairs bridge link in Leeds Station today. I was flapping and anxious about my journey and times ect and the staff working were absolutely lovely. Super helpful. Not annoyed by my anxiety making me a bit ditzy with my order just super kind. My food and drinks were lovely too but mostly I just wanted to say how fantastic the service and kindness was.

As a woman, it felt bit inappropriate being referred as 'mate' by the male member of staff serving me.

Such a warm-hearted service. It was a very hot day and I felt dehydrated and wanted to buy a bottle of water but they've just sold out. The person who worked there was so kind and gave me a cup and guided me to where I could refill it with fresh water.A massive thank you to Starbucks people.

I travel quite a bit and I must say every time i?ve been to this starbucks i?ve had 10/10 service. Staff are super friendly even through the environment itself is stressful. consistently good white mochas and if they?re all out they are patient with me to figure out an alternative drink.

The male staff served other customers first even though I was there before them. No apology or whatsoever when I pointed out the issue. Can't be asked attitude really stinks. Where is your business courtesy?

I called in for something #glutenfree for lunch. They only had bananas and Starbucks gf fruit and nut bars. I thought they?d be dry but they were nice and moist. The bananas were fresh and on the greenish side which I prefer. When they?re green they?re lower in sugar and easier to digest if you have IBS. I had a Chai Latte and it hit the spot too, so all in all it was a successful visit for me.

A short time ago I purchased a hot drink from the team at Leeds Train Station. I was served by a friendly, efficient team. They were all lovely, especially Aimee. She is a credit to your business.

I just have to praise the staff at unit 4 for there swift service in the morning rush hour. But in particular I was amazed by the best service I have ever received in hospitality by a member of staff. As I waited for my drink to be made my time was running short to catch the train. When I told a blonde member of staff who was helping hand out the drinks with a smile - she said to me, head for your train and I will follow you with your coffee when it?s ready, so you don?t miss it. And that she did! She went the extra mile and was so pleasant. The unit seemed well staffed and the team work shone! Thank you for making my day. Your amazing!

Too many staff with no communication. Took them 15 minutes for my Flat White. Not even busy or peak time. Zero urgency showed by staff!!!!
