Ordered two latte coffees from the stall on the bridge at Leeds station yesterday - just ordinary lattes.Unfortunately the team serving the coffee managed to get a simple order wrong by adding Hazelnut syrup to one of the coffees. As a diabetic I found that coffee undrinkable (too late to return it) and totally alien to what I drink. What if I had a nut allergy?Difficuly to understand how a simple order can go wrong, but there was a lot of chatter by the staff, but a message to who is in charge, concentrate and get it correct.If Ihave to use Starbucks at another station, I will be very wary as to what is served.Not a good experience, but memorable for all the wrong reasons.Roger Porch

the worst starbucks i?ve been to. one my first visit they ran out of blonde roast and decided to tell me AFTER they made my drink and just said sorry no blonde roast . today i ordered a drink in a refillable cup which they only filled half filled it and then charged me for caramel drizzle which i never even got . starbucks is my go to but i?m so annoyed with this branch.

VERY RUDE staff they treat you as if you?re not paying !!! Even the Coffee is terrible!!! Tables are messy left uncleaned. I think they know that they are in the train station so they don?t care about customers because they get them anyways. I have no idea how do they hire people in this place.

Friendly staff, but always very busy at peak hours. Had to leave without my coffee after ten mins. They really need a digital wait time sign or something... Kinda frustrating not to get what you pay for, because you didn't realise it would take so long to prepare. This is first time this occured and is rare. But some kinda queue counter would be useful.

I ordered a drink 7 mins before my train without cream they made it wrong and threw away the manager offered me a voucher so I wait making me miss my train I now have to sit in the train station for an hour thank you very much

Service was fine but when I asked for a iced coconut latte with caramel syrup, I wasn?t expecting an iced latte with caramel AND hazelnut syrup. Thankfully I have no allergies to either dairy or nuts but I?m very very disappointed with this.

I've never felt the need to review a place before but the ignorance of the staff in here is unreal. I had 20 minutes until my train after getting served (only one other person in the queue ahead of me) and it took 5 staff over 15 minutes to make my drink (and the other person) due to the nonstop personal chatting between the staff. I made my train with 30 seconds to spare... need a crew that understands they are working in a travel hub and people are in a rush.

Great for coffe but mainly sweet options for eats and a few packaged sandwich type items for lunch. Really this is not a restaurant but a cafe so donâ??t expect anything different.

Here is it about quantity, not quality! Good if you are in a rush to take a train and want a last minute coffee. If you want a nice coffee, go somewhere else. Staff is fairly nice.

This Starbucks is always closed earlier than it should be, on their website it says 10:15 and they were closed at 9pm, what a joke, the manager needs to be replaced, it was fine a year ago with a different manager!

Starbucks is within the station but nearer the exit so a few minutes walk from the platform. It's very busy but you get served quickly but be prepared to wait whilst drink is made. They take your name then call you when it's done.

One of the last company owned stores in Leeds - much more efficient and cleaner than franchised stores. Fast service and correctly made beverages.
