Disgusting staff, after being a regular customer for 1.5yrs, closed just before rosa closed and purposely said will take 1.5hrs and that if I?m fasting it?s not their problem!! Thank you!! Will never ever go back to this place. And will tell everyone what?s happened and will be going above and beyond to put my review on every social media platform I have access to.

I had a great experience at Subway Moortown. My server, Rittick, was very friendly and helpful. He took the time to explain all of the menu items to me and made sure I was satisfied with my meal. He was also very patient and accommodating when I had special requests for my sandwich. I would definitely recommend Rittick's services to others!

The only problem is that most of the product's haven't got prices. That's mean, if you buying something that price gonna be high. But, as always Turkish food is amazing.

Everytime i come here you have to wait 10minutes im mopping, 10 minutes im cashing up 10minutes this that the other. When no one is doing anything seems like they want to get paid for sitting down not serving customers. Timewasters.

I was before anyone and they serve others before me and when I came to the car I had the wrong sandwich. I hope others will read this because it is absolutely p*** poor service but it's the female behind the counter is very rude.

Previous reviews show staff is rude and unfortunately I have had the same experience today.Absolutely disgusting experience, staff member name Shruti was so rude. Has no idea how to behave with customers at all. I have reported her to area manager. I will be reporting her to cooperate too. I came in for a 6? with chicken tikka and requested meat balls she spoke to me very rudely and said you can?t choose how many meat balls to put. I requested for a manager as I?m aware you can choose toppings and I told her I?m happy to pay for it extra toppings. Later I asked for salt and pepper and very rudely she explained subway doesn?t do salt. This is not the kind of experience I have had with subway before. Later I requested for wedges and very angrily she mushed them into one box and I again told her you have just mushed my wedges and she made me another box. While paying she was very rude and said if you know the manager give me your name and come here back tomorrow. Which led to a very heated argument as I advised her she was rude to me and that?s not how you speak to a customer. I will be ringing subway cooperate to investigate this matter further. Thank you

I found shattered pieces of glass insidemy steak and cheese wrap delivered through Deliveroo.I ate the half of the wrap before I realised what The weird tiny pieces I was chewing were glass. Subway Moortown employee was very rude said he didn?t know how he could help me and didn?t want to refund the order but IN CASH only if I travelled to the restaurant.DO NOT ORDER MEAT TODAY IT HAS GLASS AND THEY DIDNT SEEM BOTHERED TO THROW IT AWAY.
