Video doing the rounds of your staff laughing and mocking a customer over a payment dispute. Disgusting unprofessional behaviour especially from a worker called Aidan. Train your staff to act professional in all situations.

Yet again, a huge amount of clothes but nowhere for customers to try them on.Asked what I could do and was told to try on at home.Clearly Tesco don't care about the environment advising Customer to make two car journeys instead of one.

Went Tesco for a late night stroll for a specific item with the product number from the tesco app.***if tesco would like to review their camera footage to verify this review they can, the conversation with the tesco employee happened around 10pm 22/01/2024 near the electrical section downstairs, i am a asian male dressed in all black, literally no one was in that section other than myself and the employee***I asked one of the employees if they could check for a speaker if its in stock, her response was ?we dont do speakers? even though I showed her the item on Tesco app!I asked if she could check with her little mobile if i gave her the product code to which she told me she cannot do as it doesnt work with the number i was showing her. I explained to her that i have done this many times and other employees were happy to check their little mobile system. The lady refused to check for me and showed me generic speakers in stock! I again asked to check for the specific item using the unique product number but the employee refused!! Why??After threatening her with a bad review and asking for her name she then checked using the product number, while doing so i asked why she checked now and her response was I was showing her the wrong number! (I was showing her the right number 100%) .I asked her why she was being difficult over a item and her response was ?a lot of people have been asking about this item? am i ?a lot of people? or an individual?Anyway the little mobile showed 1/1000 in stock and when asked if i could have that she told me they were out of stock! Are you for real? Why was i treated the way i was by this employee? Why was she being so difficult?

Click and Collect people are always nice and bring out shopping in good time.Store itself is good and has everything you need.Fuel station nearby with good prices.No complaints really.

Good shop to visit for last minute buys

They're usually pretty stocked up. They had all but 2 items that I needed for this shop.One drawback is that the store in general, inside & out, is dirty & needs an overall tidy up. Trolleys often in the wrong place. And you often see products in the wrong place, yet there are enough staff, and it'd be simple enough for them to see items out of place & take it to the right shelf. If I can see something is in the wrong place, why can't they?I get the impression from seeing & hearing several staff member's that they don't want to be there.When I've asked staff members where a particular item is, some say they don't know, some point to a place in the store, which isn't helpful. Or if they do know, they almost run to show you where, but you've lost the person as they go too fast.In other supermarkets such as Asda, some customer service advisors ask how many you need & go get them for you. Some take you to the products, conversating on the way to avoid going on a supermarket sweep.In some supermarkets, Asda being one place, if you let the assistants know there aren't any on she shelf where the label is, they use hand-held machines which usually have the stock checked amount on. They'll look at their stock inventory to see if they have any in the back of the store for you. If they don't have it, they let you know where you can get it, even if it means sending you to a different retailer altogether. That's true customer service!Another reason I didn't give this store more stars is because there are often groups of youths near the entrance or exits trying to intimidate shoppers, spitting on the floor, shouting to one another & swearing around shoppers including young children. Unfortunately Tesco staff don't move them on...

Fantastic they have public toilets. Busy busy today. Pity the one i used had no toilet paper, water or urine on floor, no door hook to hang handbag on and reticent to put on wet floor. No soap in either dispenser. Service staff apologised and did call for supplies to be reinstated but hook on door evidently out of their remit.

My disabled wife and I have shopped here since it opened. She recently had cause to park in a normal parking bay as the disabled bays were full of workmen getting or having their lunch and Parking in the disabled bays. My wife struggles getting in and out of the vehicle so she had to ensure she could get in and out of the vehicle . Unfortunately she straddled a white line and now we have a £60 threat of a fine , or £100 or debt collectors ( every little helps)We appealed to Horizon UKPC and basically they lacked empathy and stuck their two fingers up at us. Tesco weren?t interested!So beware on how you park or shop somewhere else ! No consideration of the elderly !!

Beware parking at Tesco Seacroft. I parked and yes use the white line , usually next to some cross hatchings, not causing any obstruction or inconvenience. I do it to give the car next to me more room, because I am fed up with damage occurring to my car due to people opening doors carelessly. Tesco use a car park control company so I now have a £100 fine. No more Tesco!!!

Usually do my weekly shop here but the past few months the queue at the tills have been ridiculous, only 2-3 people working on the tills and the rest being self checkouts, every queue is a mile long! Not to mention the extra time it has taken recently to find everything as Tesco decided to move everything around meaning tins of tuna are now near the crisps and crackers are next to the freezers?! So silly

Shocking experience at this Tesco on Saturday- had to wait over 20 mins to be served at a till. Very few tills open and a whole section of self serve tills closed on a very busy Saturday afternoon. Long lines of people at available tills. I was told that they were short staffed and not hiring? terrible service.
