Thought the place looked nice more experienced than I normally pay but thought its a treat my 12 year old ordered a tikka but it came with fresh chillies and wasn't asked if have any allergies they were good enough to change to the lamb shepherd's pie which on the first mouthful she found a black hair we brought this to the manager's attention he said what would you like me to do I asked for a refund they said they couldn't as already swapped the meal so asked if she wanted a dessert do a chocolate brownie ended up costing nearly £14 I then couldn't finish my meal as the thought of a hair in the food put me right off I had the chicken pie and mash which I was enjoying up till then so in theory £27 pounds wastedDietary restrictions: Food allergy

Booked a table but had no idea how I went about actually getting seated as no one was around & the bar was packed. We took a table and hoped for the best. Not what I expected! Haven?t been in a while, wasn?t unpleasant but won?t be in a hurry to go back.

The Brown Cow used to be my local until I moved, but I still regularly go there for work colleagues birthdays/Leaving "Do's etc. Its a great pub with a lovely atmosphere, staff and surroundings.Only given food a 1 ? as I haven't eaten there in a while.

Pleasant atmosphere, good choice of foods and reasonably priced. Staff were attentive and helpful. I use a powered wheelchair and access was quite good. Accessable toilet is good but was bloody freezing on the day we visited. We had a Good evening out.Wheelchair accessibility: Good access all round.

The young man that served us was absolutely brilliant so helpful and welcoming, I think he could have been Indian, unfortunately I didn'tget his name, he has exceptional customer service skills and is a definite asset to your company.Which is more than can be said about the other guy behind the bar who was downright rude to the above Assistant in front of customers and tried to belittle him.Dietary restrictions: Asked every single time I went to the bar if any allergies or special requirements
